Procoat Universal is a multi-purpose, self priming acrylic paint for use on all common exterior substrates including timber, weatherboards, galvanised iron and concrete. Enhanced with linseed oil to improve penetration, Procoat Universal is ideal for fences, pergolas, farm buildings, sheds, garages and more.

  • Ensure surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with Procoat Exterior House & Deck Wash to remove any dirt, oils or grease. If any areas of mould are present, treat with a suitable mould remover.

  • Brush

  • Stir paint thoroughly with a broad flat paddle, using an up and down scooping motion.

    Prime any bare areas with Procoat Primer Sealer Undercoat or Procoat Universal Paint.

    Apply 2 coats of Procoat Universal Paint, allowing 2 hours between coats.

  • We recommend washing every 12 months (after each winter is a great time) with a suitable exterior cleaner such as Procoat Exterior House & Deck Wash to remove dirt deposits. Dirt, salt and bird deposits left on the surface will encourage the growth of mould and affect the paints performance.
