Procoat Urban Home Exterior Satin is a 100% acrylic paint designed to provide a quality finish for most common exterior surfaces, including weatherboards, timber, concrete, brick, masonry and plaster. Easy application with low odour.

Sheen Level Satin finish (20% gloss)
Coverage 10-12m2 per litre per coat

  • Ensure surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with a suitable cleaner such as Procoat Exterior House & Deck Wash prior to painting to remove dirt, oils, grease and other contaminants. Where there has been mould, treat the area with a moss and mould remover.

  • Stir thoroughly before and during use with a broad, flat paddle, using an up and down scooping motion.

    Prime any bare areas with a suitable primer or sealer (see data sheet).

    Apply 2 coats of Procoat Urban Home Exterior Satin, allowing 2 hours between coats.

  • White, and colours tinted from a white base.

  • We recommend washing every 12 months (after each winter is a great time) with a suitable exterior cleaner such as Procoat Exterior House & Deck Wash to remove dirt deposits. Dirt, salt and bird deposits left on the surface will encourage the growth of mould and affect the paints performance.
