Product Specification Solvent based
Coverage 10-12m2 per litre per coat

  • Ensure the surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with a suitable cleaner such as sugar soap prior to painting to remove any oil, grease, dirt or other contaminants. Where there are areas of mould, treat with a mould remover.

  • Brush

  • Ferrous substrates:
    Shot or sand blast to a SA 2.5. Apply Procoat Etch Primer within 5 minutes – do not blast more area than can be coated within 2 hours.

    Non-ferrous substrates:
    Waterblast to remove all rust. Spot prime bare areas with Procoat Etch Primer, allow 2 hours to dry.

    Apply 2 coats of Procoat Spraying Enamel, allowing 6 hours between coats.
