Procoat Oil Based Pigmented Sealer is a premium quality sealer designed for application on porous and loosely bound surfaces. Formulated to seal nicotine and/or water stained walls prior to painting, and as a broadwall sealer prior to wallpapering. Also ideal for use as a joinery sealer.

Product Specification Solvent based.
Coverage 10-12m2 per litre per coat

  • Ensure surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with a suitable cleaner such as sugar soap prior to painting to remove any oil, grease, dirt or other contaminants. Where there has been mould, treat with a mould remover.

  • Brush
    Roller
    Spray

  • Sand to a smooth, even surface and dust off thoroughly.

    Apply 1 coat of Procoat Oil Based Pigmented Sealer, allow to dry overnight.

    Apply 2 coats of selected topcoat.
