  • Ensure the surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with a suitable cleaner such as sugar soap prior to painting to remove any oil, grease, dirt or other contaminants. Where there are areas of mould, treat with a mould remover.

  • Ensure concrete is fully cured and contains less than 7% moisture.

    If concrete is very new or smooth, treat with concrete acid etch

    Apply 2 or 3 coats of Procoat Liquid Vinyl, allowing 2 hours between coats.
